Place of Assignment: PHilMech Main Office, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Application Letter signed by the applicant and duly noted by the immediate supervisor or division chief.
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture, signature, thumb mark and attached Work Experience Sheet
3. Performance rating in the last rating period;
4. Certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
5. Transcript of Records;
6. Training Certificates and Proof of Employment, if applicable.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

1. Applications may be submitted online via https://www.philmech.gov.ph/links/hrmpsb/permanent
2. Review the Position Description Form, which may be accessed at https://www.philmech.gov.ph/links/position_description. Applicants who fail to meet the minimum Qualification Standards (QS) for the position applied for shall be excluded from the evaluation (e.g Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job as specified in the Position Description Form).
3. Submit complete requirements on or before the deadline. Claims without supporting documents (e.g. number of postgraduate units without attached Certification of Grades or work experience without Proof of Employment for current and past work experience/s) will not be credited.
4. The HRMS will acknowledge receipt of each application within 7 working days after the deadline by sending an acknowledgement email.
5. For verification purposes, PHilMech HRMS may compel submission of original copies of submitted documents. A notice of submission will be sent for the purpose and the applicant shall submit original copies within the specified deadline.
6. Deadline of Application is on April 30, 2024. The online application portal will be closed at exactly 5:00pm. Submissions made after the deadline will not be accommodated.
